What size of playtex sport should i use?

Ok, so i am twelve and i need to kno what size to use? thx for helping! and i think i have like a pretty normal period and i am pretty smalllish normal 4 my age! thx again!

just get the sample pack with all 3 sizes and see what one works best for you

Try regular at first, but if you haven't used a tampon before then you might want to buy the smallest one.

Start with the light tampons and if you bleed through them pretty fast, then go up to the regular. If you bleed through those fast as well, go to super.
