What size Ed Hardy mens lounge pants, should I get?

I'm thinking of buying some red Ed Hardy lounge pants. My waist is a 33 and 34, depending on the fit. There sizes are

SMALL - (28-30) WAIST
MEDIUM - (32-34) WAIST
LARGE - (36-40)

Here is some additional information about the pants:
cotton
100% Cotton Jersey Knit. Country of Origin: Imported.
1 1/2" ribbed waistband with elastic.
3/4" braided drawcord is concealed inside waistband, but ties on the outside.
Brass colored grommets.
6" open fly.
