...speaker? It's a 4-ohm speaker-(open back), with a 10 watt nominal, 40 watt max rating. I'm building a center speaker for my home surround-sound with a pair of 6X9's and a big cardboard box. I'm needing more emphasis in the mid to high frequency range. Currently I have the two 6X9's playing and just need a little more accuracy in the mid-range. Yes- I do understand how to attain the 8-16 ohm resistance my amp requires for the center speaker hook-up. I've taken out the circuit boards, from an old ac delco car radio, to scavenge for capacitors. Any help would be appreciated.
