What size bike would my husband need?

My husband is a short guy - 5'1... and we need to get him a bike. What size should I be looking for?
 
Go to a bicycle shop and ask THEM!
OR...
Go to Walmart of any store that carries bicycles and have him straddle one, then mount it to see what feels comfortable. He's got to be able to come to a stop and put his foot down and be comfortable doing so.

Maybe a smaller bike. Like 650 CC's. Oh, that is your talking about a motorcycle.

A bicycle you should just go to a large bike shop and try some out.
