I'm looking at used hybrid bicycles and I forgot what size frame works well for me. I got sized years ago and 16" frame sounds familiar but now I'm not sure. I know it can vary from person to person. Any rules of thumb, or tricks of the trade? I think when you straddle the center frame poll it should be about 2 inches below the family jewels. Again, it was a long time ago and things change.
