What size amp should I get for my Kicker L7's?

Alright, For this system the amp is gonna cost quiet a lot to make it sound good, but, i would go for http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_21151_Orion+XTR15001.html , because you have 2, the RMS is 3000 and when buying an amp, you usually want to get one that is higher/equal to the RMS. Now when hooking this up, wire the speakers down to 2 Ohms, this system will be very powerful. and if you do buy this amp, get high quality wire because the maximum input for wires is 4 gauge which is usually used for weaker amps, so you want to make sure you don't fry the amp do to cheap wire.
 
I have recently bought two kicker L7s in a box. The specs are as follows

Now I dont really know much about the ohms and if I can re wire it for something else. I would love any information you guys could share on this. I currently have a 600 watt sub system in my car but I am sure I will need all new hardware including wires.
