What should you do if a customer wants to complain about you to the HQ?

i am working at a cashier in a fast food restaurant and just recently a customer threatened to complain to the hq because she couldn't get her order. She claimed that it was my fault cos i didn't say sorry (i did) and simply because i took her order. Truth is, i did forgot about the mistake because there were simply too many customers then. I know it's my fault but i'm feeling terrible now. what should i do?
 
Dont worry about it!!!!! Those kind of people are all take and even if they do tell what would happen? Maybe a warning from your boss. This world is not that tough on you. You will not get fired for something like that!!!!!!! DONT WORRY ABOUT IT!!!!!
 
Let the person complain. Give the person the name of your manager or supervisor. Suck it up.
