i am working at a cashier in a fast food restaurant and just recently a customer threatened to complain to the hq because she couldn't get her order. She claimed that it was my fault cos i didn't say sorry (i did) and simply because i took her order. Truth is, i did forgot about the mistake because there were simply too many customers then. I know it's my fault but i'm feeling terrible now. what should i do?
