Basically they said what should they do. they Added Baron Davis, Zach Randolph, and Marcus Camby.

I believe it's the coaching. It seems like the players aren't on the same page as the coach. They had alot of injuries to their best players which set them back from being a much better team. I really think Mike Dunleavy should resign as the head coach. He's already the GM and you can't do both and be successful. Isaiah Thomas couldn't do it, now Kevin McHale is trying to do the same. Mainly I'm saying Dunleavy needs to step down as head coach and continue being the GM.
 
The problem is that The Clippers are their own enemy. Baron Davis wants to run, but he just smacks into these walls called Kaman, Randolph, Camby.

Baron needs some guys to run with like he had Monta Ellis, S-jax, J-rich. But now hes options are gone.

Clippers look like the Western conference Knicks to me. They have the talent on paper, but on the court the team dont know teamwork. I like OKC's teamwork more than I like the Clippers.

And its really sad for Mike dunleavy, because hes not a bad coach, just have a tough time getting these guys to do what he needs them to do.
 
Its partly coaching but someone like Baron Davis needs to step up and be the leader of the team. Also get some veteran. faces in there to to build team chemistry, too many young guys they need more maturity and responsibility
