Alright in a few months i am planning on buying my first sport bike here is the dilemma i don't know what to get. Plus it has to be not more then $4,000
Kawasaki Ninja 350? (aka Ninjette). They're extremely cheap. Also if you're just learning to ride, they don't go down as easily as the bigger bikes. May not be as much power, but you're still gonna go from 0-60 in like 6 seconds lol.
