What should pre-op blood tests for a Yorkie before she get spayed be looking for?

When we phoned the vet they mentioned anemia, dehydration and something else. The "something else" wasn't to do with liver, heart or kidney function but shouldn't these be covered by the blood test also -something about making sure her vital organs can process the anesthetic? Thanks.
It was us who suggested pre-op tests to the vet, not the other way around.
The vet told us that we could get the pre-op tests and the op done the same day as they'd have the test results within 20 minutes? Thought it would take longer?
