Okay so we get up in the morning and he usually has a cup of milk with eggs, pancakes, or muffins or something like that.

In between breakfast and lunch he may have a snack like some of those little puffs..

Lunch he usually has some peas and carrots, or maybe spaghetti O's or something of that nature. Usually with juice or water.

He may have a snack in between lunch and dinner.. Not usually but sometimes and it's usually fruit if anything. Something like diced apples or something.

Dinner he usually eats a little of whatever we are eating. Like spaghetti, veggies, chicken alfredo (the noodles). Stuff like that..

He stays up a little late because of my schedule so say we eat dinner at 7-8pm then he goes to bed at 11-12.. By this time he still thinks he needs his bottle.. He is used to having a formula bottle at night and I have been trying to get him off of this... Should I just give him whole milk instead of formula? I would hate for him to be hungry overnight... Can someone else maybe share their eating schedule for their one year old or close?? Thanks!!

i would give him milk in a cup vitamin d and try and get him to eat a little more at supper or do a light snack in between supper and bedtime but he should be off formula and as for what he can he pretty much anything as long as he has teeth and it is cut up for him you should know by now what he can eat and cant i don't suggest peanut butter or hot dogs being they are a chocking hazard grapes also

your baby is fat. you are the reason why childhood obesity exists.

seriously, pancakes?

i'm not even sure what "those little puffs" are and as such i doubt they could be good for him!
