umm if i were u i would set up a small planted tank because they are so amazing.
you will need:
seachem flourite substrate - $20 (this has plant nutrients in it)
plants.. i would recomend dwarf hair grass as it serves as a ground over just like grass in your lawn
if u want to u can get or make a c02 reactor. u can make one with plans from google, just google DIY c02 reactor
then u can put like 2 angelfish in it
around 10 neon tetras
a dwarf gourami
etc.
i would recomend getting 2 angels 5 ghost shrimp (.33 ea. at PETSMART)
and some cherry barbs...
all of this is going to cost u around $60 and it will look amazing
