Hello... I will be turning 16 in February and I was wondering what sort of car I should invest in

I have around 5,000 - 6,000 USD

It needs to have:
Good handling
Decent winter driving
Good MPG (25+)
Stylish/ Sporty
Reliable
SAFE

If you are partial to a specific car, tell me. I want lots of answers haha
