I want to add in my law suit the time I spent driving back and forward to fix the problems caused by past tenant. It cost me gasoline and time. What should I write on the list? Thanks
It does not matter - they usually won't grant that anyway. It is a part of the job. You will need receipts for everything, too. You probably will not be paid for the labor if you did yourself. Only out of pocket is considered.
