What should I wear to a Valentine's Day dance?

My school is having a dance,
and I'm in 8th grade.
so what should I wear?
i only have $30 to spend, by they way.
and i have some clothes i could work with....
oh and a skirt/dress would be toooo over the top !
any suggestions?

how bout skinny jeans,
long pink or white shirt long sleeve, with a heart necklace, and a lil belt and flats .

LoL well you dont have to go buy anything new!! Work with what you have. Wear some pinks and stuff. or maybe you can do to forever 21 or wetseal and buy a cute top and just wear it with some jeans!! It a 8th grade dance not prom theirs no need to go buy something new!!

Maybe like a tank, with a mini jacket over it and jean capris ?
with long hoop earings, and a nexklace? and flats? :D
