What should I wear for my 21st birthday party?

I will be spending my 21st birthday in a big city and will probably end up hitting the club(s) or going somewhere nice and just having lots of fun. My question is: what should I wear? I want something kind of short and cute to show off my legs...I have kind of a small frame, am 5'3". I want something sexy but classy, and very "party girl". Any ideas of what might make me look and feel amazing??? Thanks for all your help!
