Well, I got dreamweaver because everyone said it is the best application to use. Now I have no idea what I am doing. I am old school and know basic html. I haven't kept up with all this new codes and whatnots. I seen a website recently and really want to make one like that. Where the background changes on it's own, while the menu stays and with an intro video. But I do not even know where to start. Here's the site so please let me know what she uses and anything that can give me a heads up.

The Web site you linked uses Adobe Flash extensively. That's not something you can do with Dreamweaver. You'll need design experience as well as some basic programming skills (Flash uses a proprietary scripting language called ActionScript). If all you know is basic HTML, you're going to have to do a lot of studying to figure out anything like Java, PHP, or ASP.NET. It's not easy.

The best thing I can recommend to you is find a place that does free Web sites and use their tools.

You could try Squarespace. I haven't used it myself but it's supposed to be really easy and requires no coding experience.
