What should i say to my ex on the last day of school?

we havent really talked and i dont want to go into the summer leaving it like this (its awkward and we dont talk)

lately we have been looking at each other in the halls ....

i dumped him for all the wrong reasons and we never ended up as friends .... so what should i say and how should i do it?
