I would try this
What should i put the LPF Frequency on (40, 70, 100, 150, or 200)? 40 or 70 with these subs, depends on your tuned frequency of the box, I would assume somewhere around 40, you may just use 40hz.

HPF Frequency (40, 70, 100, 150, or 200)? This doesn't matter (should be off for your sub)

Input Sensitivity (min 4, 3, 2, 1, .5, max .2)? You will have to adjust untill you find a setting you like

ISF (Off, 15Hz, 25Hz)? (i'm not sure what this is myself)

Filter (LPF, Off, HPF)? LPF (low pass filter) only allows low frequencies. HPF = High pass filter used for powering tweeters and mid range speakers.

With the settings clint said, you would get 40hz and below... not what you want...

LPF - around 80hz, this is made to blend in with ur front speakers, but 80hz is a good general setting if you dont know what you're doing

HPF - doesnt matter, set it at 80hz too just in case. You wont be using this.

Input sensitivity - Find a tutorial on how to set your gains with a dmm on google. this is very install specific so we can't tell you what to put it at

ISF - Put it to 25hz, im guessing this is the sub sonic filter. If ths is the bassboost (aka bass gets louder when u turn it up) then turn it off since you will most likely clip the amp.

Filter - Set it to LPF so you get 80hz and below.
