What should I put in my [dance] exercise routine?

I am signing up for dance soon. But, I want to exercise for about an hour each day. I am only 14, please keep that in mind.
Right now, I am in a theater camp, and we have a dance section. Our instructor is a dancer (naturally) and she has warm ups for us.
I want to do some of those warm ups in this. For example, we stretch while in our strattles. 10 points awarded!
 
If you can do the splits do stretches in the splits. My dance teacher has us like lift our legs in the air and see how far we can bring them to our face. we plunge to the ground with a leg up and stuff if you go on youtube and search dance stretches there is like instructional video kind of things I use those to stretch at home.
