What should I put in my brochure?

I have to make a brochure about teen depression for school. I was wondering what sort of information was in a brochure?

I know I am going to put what the symptoms of depression are, but what else would be useful?

Also, I don't want my brochure to be filled with words. How can I make it informative, yet very precise and short?
