What should I name my book?

I am currently writing a novel. It's basically about a young girl who becomes extremely famous and rich and has had to experience throughout her life heart wrenching betrayal from those she loved and trusted most. Very few people in her life really loves her for her, rather how much they can cash in. Its from her point of view as she grows from age 8 to age 30 experiencing tragedies and disappointments most people of her age should not have to face. Mostly a coming of age book under different from normal circumstances.
So my question is... what should I name it?
I was thinking "The Cost of Fame" or just "Fame."
Suggestions anyone?

but Fame sounds familiar...like the tv show and those kids books?

maybe the girls name for example, carrie...it could be Carries world, or Carries trials,
Or maybe....a question? like It is really worth it?
but you're the writer so if anyone decides it should be you. These are just a few ideas

lifes tragedies
im not sure, these are just suggestions.
