I had my first interview with a prominent corporation almost 2 months ago, my second interview came a month after the first one. I felt as if the interviews went really well.
The HR manager's assistant called me recently to say that the company is VERY interested in me (I had called the HR manager a week prior to find out the status of the position, and I had left a message). He went on to say that the company will be conducting 2 more interviews and they will get back to me within a week.
What should I make of this situation? If they were really "very" interested in me, then wouldn't they have made me an offer?
