What should I eat to stop this?

I used to play basketball even more than I play now. I used to play 2 hours a day in the scorching sun 5 days a week not counting the three practices a week I had for basketball. Now I only play about 4 hours a week. But it seems like my body is like slowing down. I get pains and aches everywhere. my calf muscles tighten up. i get cramps here and there. I also had a bump on my right knee which i was supposed to get fluid taken out of. Should i rest more or what should i eat. or should I do some special stretch for my calf muscles.
