stick to your fruit, any is usually good.
plus almonds and some other nuts are good snacks that keep you satisfied. just don't eat too many
veggies are also super good and low calorie
just don't overload the carbs
well, any kind of low calorie diet will make running easier and give you more energy and an easier ability to lose weight. jogging always helps everything. if you are targeting a specific area of your body, do special exercises to work that spot. but definitely eat fruits, veggies, or anything with protien or low calories. hope it helped
