What should I eat for lunch?

I ate oatmeal with organic, natural peanut butter mixed in and blueberries on top and some soy milk. I usually have a piece of whole wheat bread with organic peanut on top and sliced bananas and some soy yogurt and water for lunch. Yesterday though I had a pretty fattening dinner, mozzarella and tomato sandwich, banana and some CHOCOLATE soy milk because I was at Starbucks and my friends didn't want to go anywhere else. I'm a lacto vegetarian btw, so no chicken lunches, thanks :)
