I am trying to improve my eating habits.
Today I tried eating much less then normal.
Here is a normal day....
1 mtn dew for breakfast
with a candy bar
Lunch 1 piece of schools pizza
2 orders of tater tots w/ ketchup
Mini bag of goldfish crackers
Pint of choco milk
Snack: Hot pocket w/ a mtn dew
And a medium sized ice cream cone....
Dinner: 1 piece of chicken
Mashed potatoes
Corn
Bread w/ butter
Mountain dew or some other pop.
Then I would usualy have some other sweet.
Okay now here is what I have eaten so far today.
1/2 can of mountain dew
1 banana
Lunch: School serving size of chicken fingers (3 mini ones)
With a small soft pretzel and I removed most of the salt.
With a chocolate milk
Snack:
1 spoonful of raw cookie dough : [
About 5 spoonfuls of ben and jerry's brownie ice cream
Dinner: NOTHING YET
So what do you think?
Also did I do a little better on eating?
What should i eat for dinner. I go to bed in 3hrs 30 mins
