Hello Everyone!
This is my first post, and I wanted to know if anyone could recommend a phone to me that would be able to produce photos at a 640x480 scale and that can produce a date stamp- and most importantly is cost effective, I'm on a budget!
Any ideas? Even if you know of only a phone that has only 1 of these attributes would be a help!
If nothing else, maybe there is some software that could easily solve the scaling and date stamping issues post production?
