Hello,
I am joining the Army and not sure what to do with my car. It's been paid off and I really like it and don't really want to sell it. Especially these days you're at a loss when you sell something.
The thing that makes me consider selling it is that I want to be stationed overseas in countries like Germany or Korea (Finanance Specialist MOS), but then again there's no guarantee that I will. Do I have more than 50% chance of getting stationed at a base of my choice?
Do most enlisted men have their own vehicles at the base in the stateside? Does the Army help financially transport vechicles to their duty station after AIT? Even overseas stations?
I think I'll keep the car until I find out where I'll be stationed. This is the best thing to do, right?
