what should i do with my 99 pontiac grand am? i think its a piece of crap.?

the catylic converter needs to be replaced along with a new exhaust system.
i need new tires.
its very loud because of the exhaust and catylic issue.

so im looking around 1500 in fixes.
my 99 grand am kelly blue book is about $600

what should i do?
get it fixed?
