...in TX? (first offense)? It happened on Dec. 19, 2011 and the pot was not on me (im 18) it was in the car. It was not mine but the two people with me blamed it on me. They were let go and i was the only one taken to jail. What should i do so when i go to court? Also is it possible to try and get this from going on my record. (please i need real advice and answers, i realize that these people i hang out with are bad and ever since this incident i have dropped them and would like to start my life over after i am done dealing with the situation at hand) (Thank you for your help and advice)
