What should I do powerpoint on for us history class?

Here's my problem, this is an extra credit for my us history class, and what we have to do is make a power point with 10 slides. The thing I choose to do it on must be specific though, for example at first I turned in one on "The American Revolutionary War" and showed slides of different campaigns in that war but my teacher refused to give me credit. Here's what my teacher said.

"For example if you wanted to do something with the
Civil War, it would need to be a specific aspect of the war, not a biography
of a certain general, or the whole war. Perhaps something like medical care
during the war. Refine your topics and let me know"

So can anyone please help me out and tell me what specific topic i should do on US history?
 
during the Vietnam invasion there was another "issue" going on in Cambodia. The Killing Fields where the children were later taken out of school to gather the remains--bones and placed them in walled in huts with glass windows.
