i had a tooth cavity and last week when i meet with my dentist i told him it hurts alot and we talked about it and he gave me an appointment for today to take it out , so today at night i was looking at it and i noticed the tooth is still there , he pulled the one in front of it out and he did stitches on it and it looks really bad; after i left his office by 2 hours my head started to really hurt i had a bad headache for the first time. i,ve had a tooth extraction before and never felt like this . i was told this could cause a huge infection and i should sue him for this .
last year he also pulled a tooth out for me and after he did it, i was not able to stand straight for couple of days , i would get so dizzy and i lost a huge amount of blood.
my friends sister told me to go to his office tomorrow and ask for your xrays without telling him he pulled the wrong tooth out so she could look it cuz she is a doctor
so should i sue him , and is it worth it going through all this trouble
