what should i do if my computer is not compatable with rogers yahoo online protection?

i recently wanted to upgrade my rogers yahoo online protection but i uninstalled to get the new one. but i cant reinstall because my computer doesnt have the system requirements to install it back. what should i do?
 
if it was once installed, you should be able to install it again. The only reason I can think of is no harddrive space, but that seems unlikely. What does it say when you attempt to download it?
