ok so my mom kept on nagging me to get some extra tutoring with my bat mitzvah lessons so i'm like, "fine." so i just had a lesson with this teacher tonight over the phone and i swear he is so weird!!!!!!!!! he kept on making me do these stupid vocal excercises and i kept on saying that i really wanted to learn some prayers, but he's like "NO WE MUST DO THE VOCAL EXCERSICES!!!!!!!" he's so fucking annoying!!!!! and weird!!!!!!!!! i really want to cancel the lessons but my friend says that i'm mean to cancel the lessons. do you think i'm mean?? i just really don't want to do lessons with him because honestly, i don't care if i'm tone-death while i'm singing i just want to learn the damn prayer!!!!!! >:( !!!
 
I don't think it mean. If u want out of it tell ur mom that he is only focusing in the vocale part of it not the prayer part which u really need ot learn instead of singing.
 
I'm jewish too! i know what your going through. tell your mom what he does. its the best and only option!
