On July 23, 09' on I-84E in CT I was in an accident, my car was totaled, the other driver was found at fault. My car was towed to a local shop and the police officer gave me a paper with the information to obtain an accident report. Following the accident I heard nothing from the other Ins. company I finally tracked down a phone number for them (Safeco) and started the process. I was told to get a rental and asked briefly about getting medical attention to which I received no clear answer long story short I still have not received medical attention because no one will return my calls. What should I do, my insurance company has already tried calling them with little more success? Today is August 14, 2009
