What should I do for this exercise?

Well I have a few options:
I am trying to loose a little weight, but mostly get in shape
1. At home, jog/jump rope, push ups, crunches, sit ups
2. Muay Thai, martial art
I don't know which to do. I also need time to have fun and stuff this summer, and learn some korean ^^

DEFINATELY jump roping!!......There are SO many benefits that I cant even say them all.....its helps the whole body get in shape, search on google " benefits of jumping rope " im telling you its like the magical exersise
