What should I do for my car stereo?

I want 2 12" subs, each hooked up to its own 1000watt amp, with a seperate car battery in the trunk. Would this even work? How would I go about wiring it? Is it worth it? What should I do for 2 12"? anything would be great. Thank You.
 
The extra battery would jet be for flare and wouldn't really do anything. For the subs and amp I would get two JL w7s with two JL 1000.1 amps hooked up to them. Or you could use kicker l7 if you just wanted to be loud and don't care what the music sounds like(reason I say this is because kickers aren't very accurate). But ya I would do that and as for the wiring, if you don't know how to do it then get a pro to do it because this equipment is going to cost well into the thousands. But if you want some cheap subs then go for infinity or alpine. The first setup is the best though
