I am currently enrolled to do Advanced Diploma in IT but will that get me onto a decent degree? I am also retaking GCSE maths to get a B or A, would it be better to do one year of the diploma and get the maths GCSE at grade B or A and reapply to colleges to do for example A level History/computing/ICT/maths. Because I want to do a computing (computer science) and I am not sure if I will be able to do one with the diploma in IT. In addition, would it be better to do the diploma and apply to do AS's when im 18 and go to uni when im 19?
