what should i do cause i haven't grinded/ whine on a girl before?

ok i have a bit of a problem i am 14 and at school we have disco's and if you know what i mean boys and girls whine and grind on each other. but its my first time if i actually start cause i never have and I'm getting a bit pressured into it by my best friend and i don't wanna look like a punk. But if any of you really have tips on how to whine it will be more appreciated then you could ever think
