I am a 14 year old guy, and i am over weight i weight 180 pounds. I want to start going to the gym, but not just running the tread mil and all that i want to start lifting weights. I have heard a lot of stories about not it affecting my growth. What am i allowed to do at the gym, that wont affect me in any way. For example am i just allowed to do arms and legs or can i bench and all that other stuff to. Please make a list of what i should be doing at a young age and the gym, if not a problem!
