What should I do about paying for college?

I ran out of money because my father decided he doesn't care about paying for me to go anymore.
I'm a double major/double minor on the Dean's List. I only pay about 4k a year to go to school because I've gotten a lot of scholarships. The school costs about 40k per year to attend, so I'm getting a lot of help.

The reason I'm able to do 21-24 hours a semester is because I don't have to work, but now I have to pay for everything.
My father told me he wasn't going to pay anymore about 3 days ago, so I haven't had any time to get money.

I'm not eligible for work-study because of how many scholarship's I get and because of the economy, I haven't been able to get a job.

Basically, I can either take out a couple loans and keep my double major/minor or I can drop a major/minor and try to find work.
What should I do?

I'll be a Junior and, obviously, I already have applied for and receive FAFSA.

I don't want to loose one of my majors and minors. I'd be dropping my Political Science major and my Philosophy minor (Keeping Organization Comm major and Asian Studies minor)
I'm preparing to take the LSAT's, so, I'll probably try to go to Law School.
Afterwords I'm considering public office, business law, human resources, or various government organizations.
Internships don't pay, but I have one lined up with a congressperson and a judge.
