Well okay. I'm a big girl and I have gym 1st period. Im in hs. My periods are normal sometimes a little heavy cause of my size and I don't know what to do about my period. I wear the heavy pads but when I start running and all that I'm scared I'll leak and now I'd be doomed for the day since its 1ST PERIOD! And what about cramping problems? Would my teacher at least let me slide when it starts cramping really bad? ugh, I hate having gym 1st period. I don't want to run the mile in p.e and start getting active then all of a sudden have red stains on my pants then when i change itll get onto my jeans. So help anyone ? Thanks.
