What should I do about my fish?

OK, so 4 days ago, I bought two small goldfish for my 1.5 gallon tank from a small local store. Its has a light, a air filtration system and had house many fish before these and they all lived for a nice long time.

So now, 4 days later, one of my fish is dead and the other had a bad case of ick. What should I do? Return them? Return the dead one? Demand my money back? Agree to an exchange?
 
you cant return dead fish. id say wait till the other one dies because a goldfish can grow to be 12 inches long, and can't live in 1.5 gallon tank
