split a chiken breat in half and make a pocket, and stuff with pesto (italian) then wrap that in parma ham or bacon, and bake in the over for about 30-40 mins at about 180, serve with a salad, with lots of olives and buffalo mozerella, and complete with garlic and onion wedges, basicly when cooking wedges add both of the baking tray, they are yummy they go all carmelised!! yummy!!
