What should I cook for someone who mostly likes vegetables and doesn't want

to gain weight? Some additional information..maybe a little meat would be ok and a very small amount of bread, but I think I need to stick to vegetables. Maybe some octopus or something? I'm trying for a whole meal, but I could have a few little side items that would be good enough probably. Also, what would be a good wine?
