What should i choose at burger king?

iam going to burger king for my brothers birthday, whats the lowest calorie chicken meal you can get ?
yeh i do like the chicken royal but they have loads of calories . . i think

ask for no mayo on it, there chicken sandwiches are excellent. Anything but those old type, those are greasier with tons of calories.
