what should i buy with my wii?

when (..if ) i get my wii, i plan on buying 2 extra controllers, is the nunchuk necessary?

also are those mem cards necessary? wiipoints card?

what are the most fun to play multiplayer games they offer?

get the extra nunchuck if you need it for the games you want. it really depends. you need them for wii boxing and many of the rayman and super monkey ball games need the chuck, you'll end up getting them anyway so you might as well. also some rechargeable batteries (or charging station). dont bother with the wii points card because you can just buy points with a credit card on the shopping channel (same price and they save on your wii).

as far as multplayer goes wii sports is the shit, and get ether rayman or smbbb. I think rayman is a little better but I like them both.

The SD mem cards are only necessary for downloading VC games. The mem slots are for GC games. You don't need either if all you do is play Wii games.

But because there aren't too many good Wii games (most can be rented instead of bought), if you don't already own a GC, then it would be very wise to pickup the handful of good-to-great GC games (Resident Evil, Resident Evil 4, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, Zelda: Wind Waker, Star Wars Rogue Leader: Squadron II, Metroid Prime, Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, James Bond: Everything or Nothing, Paper Mario: the Thousand Year Door, Ikaruga, Prince of Persia (1, 2, 3)) That should tide you over until the next must-have game. The VC controller is $20.

all the sackriding sony boys will not accept the fact that the wii, despite its lack of graphics is really fun to play. I recently played zelda on the wii as well as red steel and both were pretty awesome. redsteel seems a little buggy to me but all in all it looked pretty good.
