What should dimensions be for maximum volume?

Cylindrical, cardboard postal tube sare made with the restriction that the sum of the length and the circular circumferencer are 120cm. What should the dimensions be for maxiumum volume.

Sooo,

2pi*R + L(length) = 120
L = 120-pi2R

Volume = piR^2 * (120-pi2R)
Deriving this and I only get a minimum, r = 0,
Any help is much appreciatd, thank you!
