so I say, "Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you."
You are glad I told you, but you ask, "Why?
We can’t be together, don’t say this poo.”
I say, “I want you to know how I feel,
maybe there could be something between us.”
You want to be, but it'd be difficile.
I say we'd be great, but you only fuss.
I tell you I think of you all the time.
You tell me you are getting too attached.
We need to stop before we reach our prime,
Before we knew it a friendship had hatched.
We shall stay friends, and not wreck what we own
